Ironwood burl Clip Point. The blade is CPM154 that I heat and cryo treated to 59RC. An 8” hollow grind with a full mirror finish on all of the steel. The blade is 4 3/4” from tip to bolster, the OAL is 9”. The bolsters are sculpted with finger relief on both sides. The bolsters have crisp lines that are perfect for engraving. If you are interested in getting this one engraved, I usually work with Joe Mason, www.joemasonengraving.com or you can find an engraver of your choice. Engraving is optional of course. The Ironwood Burl handles are beveled into two planes, upper and lower. This knife comes with a leather belt loop sheath. I have never spent this much time hand shaping and sanding a knife but it seems to have come out. Any knifemaker will tell you that they can’t make a perfect knife, you just sort of give up after you do the best you can. I worked on this one as long as I could and then I kind of stopped when I couldn’t make it any better. This knife goes for $525 shipped CONUS. SORRY ITS SOLD
