Hydraulic Press Frame
This is the basic frame for a 24-ton hydraulic press.
I will be using this to forge Damascus steel.
It’s mounted on a 3/8″ steel plate with casters so I can move it around the shop.

The lower plate moves up.
You can see the die hole in the center of the plate.
Side View
The uprights are made of 3″ x 5″ angle iron.
The top and bottom plates are 1″ x 10″ x 21″ steel.
The oil tank is 19 gallons and is also mounted on wheels to move around.
The pump, motor, and switch will mount to a plate on top of the tank frame.
